Customers can exchange/ return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered only if the delivered item/material is damaged or defective.

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. After the necessary due diligence and confirmation from us we will depend on your chosen option:

  • Either refund the product amount to you through the same route as that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.
  • Or ship out a replacement to you at ZERO additional cost.

For Return/Exchange of non-defective and undamaged products, upon our confirmation, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us, as we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet.
